OMERO.csvtools - bulk data annotation toolset
The OMERO CSV Annotation Tool, as part of the structured annotation ecosystem initiated with the OMERO.webtagging release, provides additional support for mass tagging operations on Images and Datasets in the OMERO hierarchy.
The tool may be used as a script within OMERO.insight and OMERO.web, and on the command line as a standalone utility.
Tag definitions are supplied in a simple, conventional CSV structure, and may be provided through a local file on disk or fetched remotely from an OMERO.server file store.
OMERO.csvtools is developed by Dr Spencer Shorte's laboratory, under Dr Anne Danckaert's direction at the Imagopole, Institut Pasteur Paris, France.
