September 2008 Dundee Team Meeting
9th September 2008 - Chris, Josh, Ola, Colin, Andrew, Donald, Jean-Marie, Carlos(R), Melissa(R)
Introduction
As a look back at Beta3.1 and a kickoff for Beta4, the Dundee teams will be meeting in various constellations all day Tuesday, September 9th, and as necessary on Wednesday, September 10th:
- to further define development topics such as feature-focused meetings, build & release, and standards; and
- using that definition, to plan beta4 features and their dependencies
Specific Meetings
Instructions
- Add your name anywhere you want to go
- Point out any time conflicts that apply to you (but don't worry to much about that to begin with)
- If you want to organize/help organize a discussion, talk to the currently bold individual.
- If there's something you want to talk about, either:
- add it to a related meeting
- or if that's not possible, add a new meeting
- Any discussions with < 1 attendee is cancelled
Rather than large, possibly time-wasting meetings, we are going to try to have several focused & structured meetings on given topics. There's no way we can cover everything in such a short-period of time, but we can outline the major issues, and a clear way to move forward. Each meeting has an "attending" comment which is in no way meant to be exclusionary. It's a tiki after all! Add your name and show up! The bold name is responsible for running the meeting and making sure things start/finish up on time.
