- Josh: two releases (4.4.12, 5.0.5) planned for probably tomorrow

Petr: hope to go through release boards tomorrow, will be cleaned up / abbreviated to reflect what actually changed since last release testing
- releases as separate columns on same Trello board
- Will: add members to cards only once all checklist items are taken (names instead of ???)

Seb: need to investigate issues with using Unicode passwords under Windows CLI
- Josh: glad for any expertise on combination of Windows / Python / locales / encodings
- Seb: separate discussion to follow on RC2
- Seb: much testing to be done tomorrow, would like release built early
Glencoe Update (5 minutes) (Chris) - 14:43 UK
- have been doing testing using branches from the opensource side
- will be preparing versions of 4.4.12, 5.0.5 for customers
Consortium Update (5 minutes) - 14:44 UK
- Yuriy: a couple of questions coming
- Ian: has been very busy with FLIMfit user support
- Ian: will probably release FLIMfit again soon with bug fix
- Seb B: memoizer work will be on 5.1 only
- Douglas: web tagging PRs; will be visiting Dundee next week
- Curtis: good hackathon progress with OPS work, further news coming by e-mail later this week

Douglas: “would have be easier to never have seen the gateways...interfaces are the same across all languages; if not going to be consistent across the languages, I don’t see the point”
- Ian: tends to use the MATLAB gateway more as code examples than directly using it
- Douglas: that’s more difficult with the Python code

Graeme: is one of the language’s gateways the template for making the others uniform?
- Jean-Marie: Will tidied BlitzGateway, that one is the most mature

Emil: need the cmake FindIce to configure for building OMERO clients
- Roger: will eventually be included in upstream cmake

Jean-Marie: will get the examples online and easily downloaded
- Douglas: would be useful to link the corresponding examples from different languages
