Project Status (15 minutes max)
Mainline (5 minutes)
- Same as last week. Units still ongoing.
- Some more breaking changes to come.
- Mark: Graph PR is looking good. 4.4 filesets a surprise but easily fixed.
- Images generated from scripts also cause some issues.
- Chris: Failure conditions slightly different on dev 5_0 - E.g. OOM during transaction.
- Josh: latest commits not backported yet.
- JM: few issues remaining from m2 rendering in web.
- Will: fixed today in PR 3236
- Roger: difficult to predict m3 schedule for OME-TIFF
- Petr: Updating scenarios for moving data (chgroup)- need to test fully (full viewer etc) after move.
- JM: further integration tests could cover images created by scripts etc.
Glencoe Update (5 minutes)
- PR open tomorrow for open-source team to review.
- Various BF fixes to backport.
- VSI in particular

Consortium Update (5 minutes)

Demo of OPT from OMERO by Yuriy
- Acquisition on 1 machine (Labview), registration (Labview), OME-TIFF generation in Matlab.
- Every image has 2 channels (channels as separate iamges in OMERO) - diseased zebrafish.
- FBP (filtered back projection) reconstruction with data loaded from OMERO or from disk
- Downsample option allows faster processing (E.g. quick visualisation without GPU)
- Open Icy to view 3D reconstruction.
- Multiple channels can be merged etc.
- Can save volume from Icy or ImageJ
- Images in OMERO are Z-stacks with each plane being a different rotation (64 planes)
- Approx 2k x 1k pixels source images
