Release of OMERO.webtagging 2.0.0

The OME Consortium are pleased to announce the release of OMERO.webtagging 2.0.0

Dear All,

OMERO.webtagging version 2.0.0 is now available from http://downloads.openmicroscopy.org/webtagging/2.0.0

Important: OMERO.webtagging 2.0.0 is compatible with OMERO 5.2+. For older versions of OMERO, please continue to use 1.3.0.

This release is a complete reengineering of OMERO.webtagging to take advantage of latest generation web technologies.

Changes:

  • Massive performance improvements
  • Threshold based slider for filtering out low occurrence tokens
  • Several minor bugs fixed.
