OME-XML License Change
15 September 2011 - An update to the OME Data Model license
The Open Microscopy Environment is pleased to announce an important change to the license under which we release the core OME Model Schema files. As of today, we have moved all of the schema (.XSD) files to use the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.

(This also includes some ways we suggest you do not use the schema!)
This change has been applied to all the schemas we have released from 2003, right up to 2011.
