Bio-Formats 4.3.1 release
08 July 2011 - LOCI and Glencoe Software have released a new version of Bio-Formats
Today, UW-Madison LOCI (http://loci.wisc.edu) and Glencoe Software (http://glencoesoftware.com) are pleased to announce the 4.3.1 release of Bio-Formats (http://loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats).
This release contains the following notable changes:
- Several bug fixes, including:
- Fixes for multi-position Deltavision files
- Fixes for MicroManager 1.4 data
- Fixes for 12 and 14-bit JPEG-2000 data
- Fixes for reading Volocity .mvd2 datasets
- Added various options to the 'showinf' and 'bfconvert' command line tools
- Added better tests for OME-XML backwards compatibility
- Added the ability to roughly stitch tiles in a multi-position dataset

We are now working towards the next release (4.3.2), the roadmap for which can be viewed here:
The 4.3.2 release is currently scheduled for early September 2011.
