- Josh M: focus on getting data available through EBI production system, also work on analysis at least enough that something interesting is offered (baby step towards background processing)

Sebastien: been discussing ROI folders/containers use cases, aim in m1-ish to have ROIs in OMEROs organized into folder hierarchy

Simon: how does UI/client work fit into milestones?
- Jean-Marie: various use cases, will focus on one of them for m1 / demo

Mark: last month’s Bio-Formats and OMERO “folders” branches are still available from my forks
- according with last year’s meetings, offers tree structure for Folders that can contain ROIs or Images (many-to-many)

Mark: over next few days planning to add more Folder-awareness to OMERO (such as folder deletion) so as to generate useful example code in integration tests
- can also easily provide public sample OME-TIFF based on current OME-XML example

for further work would be useful to start gathering “API use cases”
- e.g., OMERO.blitz offering clients some Folder-related query more conveniently than HQL
