Notes

• We are looking at trying to get Donald and Stefan together in the next week or two.
• Ticket #50 was moved to iteration 4 (since we are not concentrating on import for the next little while). There have been a few changes to security which will require us to make some changes to resurrect functionality and these will be covered in iteration 4 as well.
• The ROI model should be implemented in the next iteration. Data will start being generated for testing.
• There was a discussion about adding functionality to the error trapping code so that errors get sent to the developers whenever there is a bug. The consensus is that such a system should be in place before the release of the public Shoola.
• We tied the cycle/milestone concept together. All cycles (C1, C2, C3...) were renamed based on real, live milestones (3.0-M2, 3.0-M3, 3.0-M4+)

Action Items

• !Jason!, Donald, Stefan, Josh: Work out a time for the next two weeks to get at least Donald and Stefan together.
• Jason: Please supply Josh with a sample of ROI data for his model testing. He needs some data coming out of our "ROI tool" (rewriting the ROI use cases on the Tiki should be fine).
• Brian: add a story ticket for the error trapping system.
• Chris gets the Bonanza theme song.
