Notes
- Dundee
- March 1st meeting w/ ontology index people
- List of data model changes coming today!
- Currently, the groups permission finds all the users in a group and then retrieves images for that group, changing it to a system that simply retrieves all images in a group may result in problems (since some images outside the group but attached to a user could get lost). Group-User mapping is in experimenter->group->mapping.
- To resolve this issue temporarily, the current group option calls are going to be commented out until the group permissions issue is resolved.
- Annotations: Because the number of annotations is going to increase, there is a new AnnotationCount being returned with images.
- Need an offline discussion on how we're dealing with annotation counts.
- New iLink functionality has been added, which is an interface showing parent-child relationships in the tables (for example, if you have a project, you can find its children). Since this functionality is very generic, it may be more problematic then helpful. If you have troubles with this functionality, please let Josh know.
- IPojos is coming!
Action Items
- A list of the data model changes when ready.
- Jason is going to draw up a roadmap today.
- Josh is going to comment out the group permissions code till the group permission issue is resolved.
- Offline discussion between Josh, Chris, and Jean-Marie about annotation counts.
- Harry and Chris are going to get Harry's code added to CVS soon.
- Still need to get the Screen Plate Wells (SPW) types nailed down for resurrect (not needed for current milestone though).
- Brian is going to integrate the new transform types into resurrect.
- Jean-Marie and Chris are going to compare the UML diagrams and the database, and check to make sure everything in the database needs to be there.
- We need to get the plan for completing M1 milestone (see Omero Releases in Tiki). Dundee team will nail this down this weekend via emails.
- Add the numbered milestones to bugzilla.
Aftermeeting
- Do we want this packaged as a 'serverless version'.. so everything is running on one machine?
- No need to do this since we are setting up video demo and Jason can demonstrate the live version on his system as needed
