Notes
- The talk with VisBio went well, although we may need to make a few changed to the datamodel in the near future to accommodate some of the changes suggested.
- Week in Review:
- Boston had a busy week of changes but was unable to make the meeting - expect an update next week on their progress. BostonScreenshots
- Demo Server
- One of the critiques about OME is that the activation energy is too high. One of the main goals of the upcoming demo is dealing with that.
- Jason proposes we complete the upcoming demo server and release a video to help folks get their own servers up and going. This would need to be well presented with web annotations or some other means of organizing it.
- Harry asked what was coming in this demo, and the short answer is "anything we want to put on it." Some examples discussed included:
- How we do the installation
- The responsiveness of Omero
- How the tool will integrate with the existing web interface
- We need to start thinking about agendas for the upcoming for the Madison meeting.
Action Items
- A list of the data model changes when ready.
