      • Carlos was looking in SPW Wappers and is going to fix listChildren in PlateWrapper object. At this moment it is not enough generic. He is going to add missing functionality to gateway eventually. Carlos is going to tell Ola when is done.

Notes

  1. no update
  2. Chris was talking with customers last week about feedback. He should receive any feedback shortly.
  3. Ola and Josh agreed that there is no point to copy the latest OMEROweb to 4_1_custom because there were to many changes and they do not match server functionality. Omero.gateway was updated and does not match the 4.1 model. We need commit policy in order to maintain branches properly. Changes must be verified and if they make sense should be back-ported. Chris and Ola will decide how the merging process will look like.
  4. At this moment we could possible start it on HOWE or GRETZKY. Chris and Josh are going to install X and Firefox. Then we will continue testing.
  5. Bird's-eye view prototype committed to trunk and deployed on GRETZKY. Building pyramid decision and implementation suppose to be made shortly. Ola will make a documentation how to update the viewer because she is away next week. Will was doing sample viewer for OMERO.webmobile.

  7. OMERO unification:
    • API
      • We are trying to reduce method count to only supply generic methods, connection handler and helpers.
      • Carlos is doing SPW changes. He is going to notify Ola shortly.

Others:

  1. getThumbnail failing when owner hasn't generated any thumbnail. #3776 should be fix it soon.
  2. Gateway tests are currently commented out because were failing. Will wants is doing a mixture things to fix them because of API upcoming changes. He noticed few problems and created tickets. Test coverage should be run on the gatewaytests.
