      3. Metadata (Josh)
        • See wnd-charm & openstack columns from the IDR board
          • concept of "mini IDR" with representative sample of full data, useful for testing
        • Data loading starting in about a month, which will require new metadata definition.
          • maybe five or six studies, not all are HCS
          • Eleanor: working on small study now, awaiting arrival of several non-HCS datasets
        • HCS tickets from the metadata board (starting with the search URL)
          • Will and Ola are helping out with these
        • Jean-Marie: when might extra testers be needed?
          • Josh M: maybe late April, early May

        • Will: probably enough now to justify a release when convenient
        • Jean-Marie: good to avoid capping of pillow in mainline
      2. FLIMfit/OPT (Ian)
        • commercial software update is generating invalid OME-TIFF
          • not sure how to start conversation with vendor on this problem

    • T-shirts for the users' meeting - design ideas to June by Monday 28th March please
  4. ROI/Model next steps - Sebastien - 14:19 UK

    • Jean-Marie: where to put large data for performance testing?
      • Sebastien: have been starting to ramp up on this, to some extent can use our servers, but will probably need dedicated server with real data at some point
      • Josh M: new IDR hardware should be fast (to spin up clones)
      • Jean-Marie: main concern is infrastructure capacity being a blocker on the timeline
    • Jean-Marie: do we yet have metrics for, e.g., importing large plates with ROIs?
      • Mark C: no
    • Jean-Marie: is import/export loop handled in IDR?
      • Josh M: no, current proposal is to make export of folders, ROIs, etc., separate processes
    • Emil: put FileAnnotations in folders?
      • Sebastien: not yet, but Annotation is on the shortlist (Josh: would add OriginalFile to the initial medium list)
