        • Gus: positive feedback reported from workshop participants
        • Jason: probably quiet at start of academic year
      2. IDR Project
        • Eleanor: working to get datasets into demo server (105 plates in)
        • Jason: trying to push a first public demo (draft release):
    5. FLIMfit/OPT (Ian) - 14:41 UK

      • I have reported Josh's thoughts on rebuilding Macroui to the ThunderSTORM board. To give them time to respond I have started work on a .spc FLIM Bio-Formats reader
    6. Other consortium timelines (5 minutes) - 14:43 UK

      • Petr: webtagging not working on 5.2, Douglas can probably easily fix
        • Jean-Marie: check with Douglas after 5.1.4 is out
  3. AOB (5 mins max - technical discussions should be highlighted to relevant people and rescheduled) - 14:44 UK

    • June: IDR meeting at Dundee
      • Jason: focused push over Tuesday, Wednesday especially to get more working, not a strategy meeting
      • Jean-Marie: cancel this weekly team meeting for next week
  4. Presentation by Sebastien on the Data Repo (structure, tests, future) - 14:47 UK

    • Will: useful for search to import our data repository into OMERO
      • Josh M: could revisit that as IDR hardware spins up
      • Jean-Marie: issue with out-of-date metadata as readers change
    • Jason: form of B-F tests are not in a form that everyone can read/parse and the actual data is private; still, given all the CI work on running BF tests on data repo, can information on the results be usefully shared with the community?
      • Sebastien B: could perhaps offer more information on exactly what we know does work for specific formats? e.g., based on image files’ metadata / versions
      • Jason: good to have clarity for users as to which kind of CZI file is broken
    • Eleanor: where do new file formats come from? Do users submit broken files, do we chase vendors for information?
      • Sebastien B: on the open-source side, mostly driven by the community
      • Jason: historically has been slow and difficult to get complete, correct specifications/data from vendors, so data from users is invaluable; even with goodwill, bureaucratic process can be challenging

Done 15:22 UK
