    1. OMERO - 14:30 UK

      1. Mainline (QA)
        1. 5.1.4
          • Jean-Marie: keep an eye on tickets as well as cards, and anything not required for 5.1.4 move to a later milestone
        2. 5.2: jstree testing
          • Petr: various workflows went nicely, several bugs found that are easily fixed
          • Will: probably will be able to fix enough for next round of testing within a few days
            • Petr: note is away Friday, Monday
        3. Jean-Marie: Python 2.7 work is next
      2. Spaces: metadata
        • Simon: should be in a good position next week
    2. Bio-Formats - 14:34 UK

      1. Java
        • Melissa: may have to push a few tickets beyond 5.1.4
      2. C++: Creation of new bioformats-superbuild repo for decoupled C++ superbuild
        • Roger: separates Windows build complexity out of main repository
      3. Code freeze end of next week
      4. Datasets / New formats
      5. Jean-Marie: reminder: daily Bio-Formats stand-up at 1400UK daily, interested parties welcome

      • Emil off to Poland
      • Dominik has file annotation code in Insight corresponding to Chris’ PR
        • Gus: intended for 5.1?
        • Jean-Marie: yet to decide, may not be hard to rebase

      1. Virtual Microscope/teaching
        • Sebastien B: on test server upgrade to 5.1.3 and using virtual microscope went well
          • able to deploy virtual microscope easily from instructions
      2. IDR Project
        • Eleanor: may need some IDR outline slides for a coming conference on stem cells used in high-content screening
        • Simon: may be good to involve David so he can learn what’s going on
    5. FLIMfit/OPT (Ian) - 14:42 UK

      • Ian: learning about STORM workflows, etc.

    • Do we want to say in the docs that we don't support multi-node configurations on Windows? re: forum post
      • Jean-Marie: yes
    • 2-factor security enabled on github
      • Jean-Marie: if you have not enabled 2FH then do it
      • Simon: homebrew command-line application exists for second factor
  4. ROIs in OMERO.web - talk by Will Moore - 14:46 UK

    • Roger: vascular use case for filling (blacking out) shapes for publication
    • Roger: nested transforms may help with exporting rotated image panels to PDF
    • Will: shape editor repository on GitHub has a demo
    • Jean-Marie: would be useful to have OMERO.figure able to load ROIs from the OMERO server
    • Roger: important distinction between measurements and annotations
    • Graeme: points are an important kind of shape
    • Ian: FLIMfit’s segmentation generates mask ROIs
