  2. Project Timelines (2-3 minutes each)

    1. Core (incl. CI & QA) (Josh M) - 14:30 UK

      • +40 open tickets after pushing minor and below to 5.1.4
        • most 5.1.3, 5.1.4 tickets are bugs
        • to consider as first to work on next
        • for 5.1.2 open OMERO PRs decreasing in number
          • Jean-Marie: must get into coming Monday morning build to be in 5.1.2 (Friday for Bio-Formats)
        • late-coming DropBox issues still in progress
        • Jean-Marie: adding more float testing
        • Josh M: Melissa working on TIFF issues
        • Melissa: may need to push a couple of tickets but nothing major
      • Last week for changes. Anyone not making their target?
    2. Glencoe Update (Chris) - 14:35 UK

      • now testing fix for Josh B’s performance PR; the third of three
    3. Repositories - 14:36 UK

      1. Virtual Microscope/teaching
        • Jason: conversation/interest from various groups via e-mail, some with development resources
      2. IDR Project (Eleanor)
        • getting data into dogfish; various plates moving
        • also work on metadata and ease adding ontology terms
        • hardware power units now in, further contractors scheduled, hoping for early June
    4. FLIMfit/OPT (Ian) - 14:41 UK

      • Working on 5.1 mods
      • final release may not be quite ready for Paris users’ meeting
    5. Bio-Formats large file sets (Sebastien B) - 14:42 UK

      • going generally well
      • noted in Trello a couple of use cases that may cause model, UI RFEs
      • Jason: CellH5 support coming to CellProfiler
    6. Other consortium timelines (5 minutes) - 14:45 UK

      • Curtis: further work on ImageJ OMERO
      • Michael: not easy to get CLS-IT to provide OMERO.mtools to CLS users, Jean-Marie checking status
  3. AOB (5 mins max - technical discussions should be highlighted to relevant people and rescheduled) - 14:47 UK

    • June: 70 delegates to Paris
    • June: anything needed for next Tuesday weekly team meeting that is to be shipped to Paris?
      • Jean-Marie: no
      • June: everything for shipping to June by Friday
    • Jean-Marie: Dominik and Petr in Barcelona this week, so less testing bandwidth
  4. C++ workshop practice for Paris - Roger - 14:49 UK

    • Jean-Marie: summary slide at end may help, as there were various items that could be of interest, e.g., as starting points
    • Jean-Marie: go light on the command-line / configuration option details
      • Josh M: point them at the docs
    • Jason: how much to mention about prerequisites?
      • Josh M: good to mention at least the big ones
      • Josh M: point to downloads page for pre-built library
    • Jason: eases adoption of OME-TIFF; reference implementation with correct reading/writing
      • Roger: Windows support is important for that
    • Simon: good to record as screencast
    • Curtis: key rationale point is not needing a JVM
