Chris: Will has been working on resurrecting / improving Robot Framework testing for web
- web bugs being fixed along the way

Seb B: new infrastructure for generating Robot Framework test configuration file for servers
- will soon have the tests running on CI servers
- Jean-Marie: units PRs back in breaking for now
- Mark: on graphs/permissions, understanding and fixing the integration tests broken by the new code

- hope to push branches for whole-fileset original file download via CLI, for discussion
- Melissa: much work on file formats, including VSI

- Seb B: will be working on analysis at ROI level
- Seb B: expected to move to a bigger OMERO server

Ian: attended super-resolution meeting
- Simon: need to decide on format for storing intermediate results
- Ian: common columns are x, y, z, intensity

Curtis: visit by ImageLib developers, last-minute API fixes, version 2 came out of beta; very productive
- showed ImageLib developers SciJava, OPS
- ImageJ2 prototype of subset of big-data viewer (SPIM)
- difficulty of selecting appropriate viewer when opening scientific data
- future work includes ImageJ-OMERO, ImageJ-OPS

Jason: timeline for us to look more closely at this work?
- Curtis: probably concrete work worth looking at after January hackathon
- Mark H: SCIFIO refactorings, new converters
- Douglas: got a talk for the Cold Spring Harbor conference, will discuss

Simone: fixed some bugs with HDFS support in Bio-Formats, building with ant and maven, different byte orderings
- difficulty with writing due to Bio-Formats TIFF writer assuming random access / seeking during write
- Melissa: other formats will also need random access on write
- leaving Dundee after next week, back to CRS4
