      • some Trello cards remain for 5.0.3, certainly documentation
        • please help out if possible
        • Jason: not all the documentation checklist items are necessary for 5.0.3
      • a number of pending Will search items
        • Jason: some of the more advanced AND/OR stuff, etc. may be pushed
        • Ola: is still working on 5.0.3 fixes
      • otherwise generally good
      • say something if any blockers for 5.0.3 are not on the Trello cards
      • will do some additional review to see what can be pushed
      • Jason: anything to discuss at this point on rendering settings?
        • Josh: any of that for 5.0.3?
        • Gus: no, just making useful progress in Jean-Marie’s absence

        • Jason: release with 5.0.3?
        • Simon: perhaps as a developer preview
      • Ian: working on moving to standardizing on OME-TIFF internally
        • starting to understand the current problem
      • Yuriy: OME-tiff storage in Omero.
        • There should be procedures for uploading directory image data (already stored), both images and sinograms, with Modulo units etc., & XY Physical size specifications, and also user custom XML specs downloaded from LabView-generated XML file. There should be also similar procedures updating OME-tiff on the fly as acquisition proceeds, with the same specs (this is currently in work). Both procs don't pre-allocate memory, in which respect they differ from Sebastein's Matlab example bfsave.. We are hopefully close to the practical workflow now, as Sunil makes last fixes to the instrument and the data will flow soon.
      • Sebastien Simard: will be providing feedback on the file handle leak fixes in image import
      • Sebastien Besson: provided editor fixes
        • Jason: Gaudenz will be needing feedback on performance, etc.
        • Sebastien Besson: needs to know more about the problems
      • Curtis: micro manager hackathon this week, including update site
      • Douglas: working on jQuery updates, jsTree enhancements (e.g., search by OMERO index)
