      • better to push it 15 min. (30 max)
      • Ola: just an accident today
      • Andrew: had a problem with prescription
      • i.e. stick to 9:30. If you know you can’t make it, drop a line with what to discuss.
      • Decision: stick to 9:30
    • QA tickets
      • Bugs without crashes are in the gdoc; rest are QAs.
      • but tickets from QA are not in the current milestone and are minor
      • Developers need to look at the report and promote the tickets and move them to 4.4.0
      • Query: https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/query?status=accepted&status=new&status=reopened&type=task&component=from+QA&summary=^bug&summary=^patch&group=owner&max=1000&col=id&col=summary&col=owner&col=priority&col=component&col=time&col=changetime&col=remaining_time&col=sprint&report=8&order=time
    • Testing OMERO.web under custom prefix and Windows deployment. - 14:40Z
      • Ola: still haven’t tested deployment under custom prefix or under Windows
      • See previous email
      • Chris: question is reactivate Windows box testing now or later?
      • JMB: as soon as possible
      • Chris: windows was deployed manually
      • Josh: Windows script needs updating, someone should take ownership, iss restart / stop, iss task master
      • Elwood: have deployed to IIS under VM. Willing to take over.
        • Chris: perhaps just try on your VM if it starts up
        • We have a 2003; dependencies need to be there.
        • May try with Ice 3.4 (Perhaps worry about that later)
      • Ola: when are we planning to copy documentation and start updating (plone)
        • Andrew: can duplicate it all
        • https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/8803
  6. Satellite Update (14:47)

    • Chris: not much to say. Already introduced Douglas. Sebastien away.
    • Some forum things to deal with
    • Discussions with Edinburgh crew?
      • Josh: Melissa & I couldn’t go 1st week in May (no response)
    • Satellite PI meeting some feedback, things to deal with
  7. Glencoe Update (14:49)

    • Chris: Not much apart from Carlos synching up with 4.4 in server and in web client
    • Liza working on JCB interface things, don’t know status of business cards, finalize templates. Result of vote?
    • Liza: thanks for voting front C, back B WINNERS!
      • still waiting on something for Glencoe card (main number)
      • then will finalize and will upload to FTP
    • Andrews: will get details, 250 each, 1 week turn around
  8. Any other business (<5 mins)

    • Nitpick
      • Kristin / XML versioning
        • Roger: replied, asking question if we want versioning in schema or outside, but no follow up yet.
        • Andrew: haven’t looked at it.
        • Josh: History ref block, embedding a diff style in xml file.
      • debian netcdf
        • Josh: couple of emails back and forth, debian-med mailing list, bio-formats packaging, Curtis’s opinion, 2 core bsd (jai-imageio)
        • Roger: Sourcefiles not BSD in headers, for java imageio, Curtis said BSD, copyright with no distribution licence
          • generally if the header has the license then they’ll take it as it comes, adding a file saying it’s BSD doesnt address the concern of each file needing the BSD
        • Josh: Issue taking file and adding another header, other option of open jdk, getting rid of fork
        • Melissa: Spoken with Roger, what we forked in Bio-Formats is not in openjdk, but rather jai tools extensions. only 1 implementation of that
          • Josh: Find a lawyer, packaging bio-formats in debian would like to keep, impact of working around jai @Melissa?
          • Melissa: we lose all JPEG2000 support
          • Josh: split in to a free and non-free version
          • Melissa: another jpeg 2000 solution?
          • Roger: wasn’t clear what the real problem was, ask for specifics over their concerns
