4. Release 4.3.3 Status (45 mins)

     • Chris: App PR have been merged. Branch J-M created for Insight merged as well. Extra commit for versioning. All builds (client, server) completed successfully.
     • Chris: remaining: grab all packages, making sure about proper naming.
     • Based on ticket #6981, we need to send an email, update road map page.
     • There are still LDAP two tickets open. Scott needs to talk to Josh.
     • Chris: Ideally by the end of today I will have package ready.
     • Chris: I am planning to deploy 4.3.3 to Nightshade over the weekend.
     • Jason: Model not updated to Melissa to email first then Jason.
     • J-M: Releasing today as everything is up.

5. Any other business (<5 mins)

   • Reminder: next milestone

     • J-M: Add anything to the OME5.0 page by end of the week.
     • Ola: Meeting on Monday so .web cannot be finalised before then.
     • Chris: Put potential directions on the page, can add link to web meeting agenda. Decision happens on Monday.
     • J-M: Some stories already very large, put on page as butter points, will make tickets after. (link any existing story tickets though)
     • Jason: Integration section is key. People should be able to work with this version (4.4) for some time.
     • Jason: Not final list. What is the target for release? ASCB in previous years, not a clear target this year. Target Hackathon? Or? Perhaps sub-targets.
     • Andrew: Perhaps targeting February Satellite meeting might be a good target.
     • Chris: task prioritization might become more tricky because there is a lots of things we want to achieve. As well as satellites put more requirements on us.
     • Jason: Deadlines? EBI meeting December 5-6-ish.
     • Jason: Satellite meetings in Nov and Feb. It seams there will be a good number of people in Nov.
     • J-M: ImageJ Fiji workshop £80 in Leicester
     • Jason: Colin volunteers to go to ACSB Dec 3-7 (poster session 4-5-6-ish)
     • J-M: we need to decide who is going where within next few weeks.
     • Curtis: please contact directly Pavel.
     • Curtis: how to prioritize ImageJ work in Omero. Because everyone is busy it makes more sense for us to explore it at Hackaton.
