- Andrew: what takes time is checking the ends, and viewing the result
- Colin: Flow of video so the data generated has continuity and reduces the amount of work that needs redone to setup for a movie.

- Python setup is working well; PyCharms is working well

- Will: Be nice to log into RDC for everyone before they arrive. Would avoid confusion.

Josh: As you pick up a ticket or bug make a branch and push those forward. List of which branched active and what state they are in.
JM: Branches can have multiple tickets on them. * Chris: Person writing the code should not be doing the testing. * Do we close 4.3.2? What to do with the tickets? * Won’t touch it until post-movies. * Chris: move them to OME-5.0? * ACTION JM: will extend sprint by one week. (finish training/movies)

- Josh: Alex tried to multi-thread export, no significant speed up.
- Chris: stream format so you have to write in the right order.
- Had tried it previousy, too.
