Dev team pages
- Would be nice to get these updates to these pages
- Would like to mention people to our project announcements
-
Videos/Docs for 4.3.2
- Would be nice to take a week or so to update this
- Perhaps the week following release dedicated to this
- New positions are looming, need to determine how to advertise these
-
Defining 4.4....
- What do we want to rebuild? What contraints do we want to remove?
- Cleaning up backlogs, meet some long standing requirements from the community
- Stability improvements
-
Growing team.
- How are we going to grow the team? How do we handle interviews?
-
How do we handle space issues? Currently up in the air (some possibilities in the works)
- Scott: having the team split into two different spaces needs to handled carefully
- Jason: Comes down to personalities, who we put where and how we manage those will unfold
-
We have some scaling issues. Need to seriously look at how this can be improved.
- Some changes to github would help with helping folks see what's happening.
- Trac: Do we need to change to some other provider here?
- Minigroups: How do we run these?
- Weekly meetings: Are these needed? Should be changed?
- Josh meetings every 4-6 weeks.
- Need to be flexible to work with other projects
- The big challenge will be handling this growth!
