    • Andrew: order a hi-res projector - IN PROGRESS
      • Andrew is waiting for a response
    • GUI teams: implement or ticket showing MissingPyramidException.backOff to users. DONE
      • Exception returns milliseconds - needs to be changed probably
      • Chris/Will still trying to track down what this is happening
      • Will has to catch concurrency excpetion as well.
    • Will add a few points for CLI testing scenarios #5589 IN PROGRESS
      • Haven't done anything.
      • JMB/Scott: perhaps for after release
      • Much is tested by import or scripts
      • "user" and "group" might could be added
    • Chris add to #3223 - IN PROGRESS
      • Scott added some for admin diagnostic checks, searching checks
      • Chris: Probably not the best time to add a lot of searching ones
      • Scott: Just basic coverage at least we can say we have something now
    • Scott: send rough cost estimate to Jason for trips down south - DONE (contacts updated)
    • Scott et al. Ticket the addition of search scenarios - DONE See #5603
    • Based on upcoming screening data, would be good to do a screening model review after release
      • Jason: Need development 'downtime' to dedicate more time to this in the future
      • Discussion: When the data is there we can organize this
    • Chris: Mark 5577 as "blocker" - DONE AND CLOSED
    • Review status of blockers Friday afternoon, ready for scenario testing? - SEE BELOW
    • Donald & Colin work on DropBox testing under Windows

    • Will we start booking stuff?
    • Jason: We've budgeted for 4 people last year, do the same this time?
      • Go to EMBO or some other (European?) meeting instead? Neuroscience? (Society for Neuroscience), Histopathology?
  4. Review of Sprint and Testing

    • Review of the open tickets in #5369 and #5371 TABLED for Thursday

    • Discussion:

      • Josh: Still working on list of blockers
      • JMB: A few things added as RFE, should probably be moved
      • Josh: Re: Containers for bugs (5369 & 5371). We're not getting to 100% for these.
        • Would be nice to move tickets from P1 to P2 (easier to work with)
        • Also move things out to 'future' as needed
        • We also don't know the status of which bugs are 'insight', 'importer', etc (from these reports)
        • Chris: What do we do about these tickets which are hanging around?
          • JMB: Not 100% but lets move forward with release and then deal with the RFEs after
          • Chris: perhaps on Thursday we can go through the 22+ open?
      • Jason: Remember the release candidate for internal scientist testing for Thursday morning.
      • Chris: what do we do about their not exposing big images?
        • Jason: first they'll expose problems in the previous/earlier workflow
      • Will: First upgrade gretzky, then upgrade nightshade and have it in production.
      • Chris: what's the status of Michael's code?
        • JMB: He wanted to update support for ROIs, but have not heard back from him. No full graph yet.
        • The new changes shouldn't be serious problems.
        • He does get a crash when he tries to send ROIs back to the server - JMB needs to find out why.
      • Jason: What's the general impression of where we are at?
        • Ola: Lots of new tickets, not a lot of breakers now
        • JMB: Lots of smaller bug details now
        • Chris: Would be nice if we did an internal dev Phase 3 test as well, in addition to Scientist testing
        • Jason: In the past the X.0 releases have been a bit rough, seems better now.
        • Will: What about flex time for release? Jason: I think we are still good for release date.
        • Josh: Issue with scripts on windows is still an issue (update to postgres 9 issues)
        • Josh: Development server not working on XP (needs ticketing)
        • Josh: Some instability on Windows, how much more time we need for this is the question - definitely better
        • Josh: Need to go over semantics for IAdmin with JMB & Ola
        • Carlos: Need to get up to speed with my testing (still not set up yet)
  5. Any other business (<5 mins)
