    • OMERO client builds are broken right now (Chris is fixing)
    • Everyone will need to grab individual builds just now til fixed
    • Ticket Review:
      • Gretzky upgrade, but should upgrade it again tomorrow
        • Ola will do this each morning and email
      • Josh: Lots of bugs (and its growing)
        • JMB (and Ola) has the most, may need to reorganize/push them them to help out
      • JMB: Where do we put the new bugs? Story for testing/bugs is very big
        • Perhaps a bugs - phase 1 story?
        • As long as bugs are recorded either in the bugs story or 4.3, should be good
        • Colin: difficult to look through and see if something has been reported
        • Agreement: Bugs will go to the story where your initial testing phase is (eg: testing phase 1 story)
          • Tasks for later on goes into 4.3 ticket
          • Importing bugs go to Phase 1 importing story
          • Links for the story will be posted & announced by Scott (front page of trac perhaps)
      • JMB: look at the stack trace
        • If possible create a unit test case
      • JMB: bug tickets shouldn't be put into the current sprint
        • Andrew: makes sense to put them in the current sprint so they can be prioritized
        • Chris: partly the problem is the owner of the component
        • JMB: We can look at a better strategy for Thursday
        • Will: So we don't put no sprint on them (but remember they have to be in story + milestone)
  4. Road trip Feedback - Jason (20 mins)

    • For the first time, really pushed open source at MBL
    • Jason, Kevin, and Curti demo'd parts of the software (imagej/fiji/bf/omero)
    • ImageJ used as part of the course work (part of grant)
    • Curtis: had interested, and time to follow up
    • MBL running 4.1, tried KIT server (crashed; memory settings)
      • default to a higher level
      • servers out of date (need updating)
      • then used nightshade
      • just not prepared
    • CellProfiler was also demostrated
    • Students generally impressed with the level
    • No slide scanning at that meeting (hard-core microscopy)
  5. Paris

    • Various emails about presentations in Paris
    • Discuss state of ImageJ.
      • JMB: Tuesday presentation before Paris?
