3. End of Sprint Update

   • We are going to extend the sprint
   • Tests are going forward, low hanging fruit fixed now come the hard parts
   • Integration build for python completed (now yellow, not red)
   • A lot of the test don't clean up after themselves and running out of file handles
   • Ola has 30 or so total tests left
   • Colin has some of the C++ working (and working on the rest)
     • Boost os broken, causing corrupted xml files!
       • Hopefully by the end of today updated kernals on machines to fix problem
   • Importer test run locally, needs some tweaks for running on server
     • Chirs probably needs to fix the class path
   • Please remember to link findbugs commits to findbugs ticket!

4. Email and Forums Review:

   • Will is going to write [ome-users] about port issue
   • Ola will write forums about web client issues
   • Melissa is going to check QA ticket 2580 (ArrayIndexOutOfBounds) for Todd Stokes
   • Brian is going to double check that log files can be sent

5. ASCB

   • Jason: Need ASCB writeup for Glencoe

6. Upcoming Meetings

   • Going to be a busy fall
     • Pittsburg meeting in September
     • Beurdeux (MifoBio) demo meeting in September
     • Cold Spring Harbour meeting week before ASCB (see CSHL.edu)
       • Abstracts due Sept 24th (Jason going)
       • Going to need posters (we've outgrown the message on the old one)
     • ASCB
     • SanFran High Content Analysis Meeting after new years
     • Visiting places in the UK?
       • Possibly a good time to do this is Oct/Nov
     • Will need to make the plans for who is going where, what to get out of them, etc.
     • Need to visit Urban

7. Holidays

   • Make sure you let Angie know about any upcoming holidays
     • Will: 6 weeks starting 13th of September
