   • Andrew starts a TODO list/schedule (jul1-dec15) of methodologies (plone) and pass off to Jason
     • Update: work in progress

   • DB Upgrade: open questions include wellsample.timepoint, argb, infinity, original_metadata.txt, format enum, old annotations, acquisition event logs

   • OME-XML Trac permissions (Melissa)

• Minutes / Matters
  • No issues with previous minutes.
  • Andrew is still working on schedule of model changes for rest of the year.
  • Google docs ("4.2+ Priority List") also tries to get some of the upcoming tasks on the table.
    • Hard to define the weighting factors, and needs to be consensus.
    • Not just about what will be given back in terms of code, but also funding, etc.
  • Jean-Marie travelling around the 5th of July, Chris on 10th, Will the 14th.
  • General plan is to freeze any new features and put everything into getting the release out the door.
  • Added suggestion of "Documentation" to "4.2+ Priority List". This and other tasks like HUDSON_GREEN may be a good task for the summer. Delete is another issue which we will need to quickly tackle.
• Release status
  • Importer: seems generally stable, but need more work on XSLT/XML translation
  • DB Upgrade:
    • Generally, the upgrade script is applying, but still with some losses (screen acquisitions without well samples are currently lost, etc.)
    • wellsample.timepoint -> index
    • argb: unsigned ints in signed ints combines hexs+float in sql (endianness?)
    • infinity: doesn't need to be handled
    • original_metadata.txt: leave ns, whatever path is fine, just unify all code
    • format: moving all to mimetype even if kludgy
    • annotations: stop upgrade on delete
    • event logs: duplicating? renaming? also need to kick off new indexing.

Actions

• NDIM meeting next Tuesday; also discuss upcoming releases
• Figure out postgres endiandness, and generally test if that's an issue
• Upgrade Will's code to use the new original_metadata.txt files
