• Andrew's Questions

  • Adding attenuation on lightsource: do or don't?
  • If we stored attenutation on both lightsource settings and lightsource this solves the problem with Zeiss LSM's (although we would discourage people from using this new attenuation).
  • Add section to original_metadata.txt with [COULDNOTPARSE] (or similar)
  • OME-XML: Still need to do some things before we're done (ex: documentation).
    • Suggestion is to put out a release preview of what we have now
