Notes

• We continue to work on the UI updates
• Import Queue should be ready for next week
• We are now going to be making a new build every Monday for users to update and check out.
• Catriona and Paula will be doing a user test starting on the 4th
• There will be 6 iterations for M3, and then we will be moving on to M4, which will concentrate heavily on the rendering engine (and the accompanying data pipeline changes - which will affect import/shoola as well).
• The current Events in the Events table seem fine. By far the most important elements are the name and time elements (which everyone seems to agree we must have).
• Warlock will be nuked today and a images will be need to be reimported. This is necessary to make way for new changes to the rendering engine / thumb-nailing.
• Singapore is looking at sending out some folks to visit us around the 7 or 8th of November.

Action Items

• Everyone please go through the import/shoola GUIs and look for anything that is unclear and should be renamed.
• Brian: update the import on SVN to use the new M3 server.
• Reminder to all Mac users: Update your batteries!!!
• Next week's client meeting: lets talk about where we want to take the importer. Do we integrate it into shoola in M4? or work on server side / more importer types next?
