Notes

  • The OMERO test-version of BioFormats is currently working and needs about 1 hour of additional work - will be done tonight.
  • Resurrect needs the new pixel importer code added, which will also be done today
  • Jean-marie has rendering working nicely and we can now display multi-plane images (we can currently ask for an image from the server and view it on the client - currently the images viewed are hard coded, but after one bug fix next week, we can implement a more dynamic viewer).
  • Donald is going to jazz up the shoola UI in the next few weeks while Jean-Marie is away.
  • Early next week we can run through the full cycle (we will try for Saturday or Monday).

Action Items

  • Everyone please look through your existing tickets for the last milestone/iteration and close your tickets so we can clean up trac. (Both old tickets and unscheduled)
  • Please consider what you are going to work on in the next milestone and begin entering your tickets. This is especially important if you are going to be depending on others for your work (since they will need to schedule your needs as well as their own).
