Notes
- TRAC: The cycle/iteration report seems to be very usuable. There was some discussion about the definition of a Story vs. some higher level entity.. but it was finally decided that the current model probably meets our needs and requires a bit more testing. Brian and Josh actually communicated via trac and got something done.
- For cycle 1 iteration 1 review see the milestone page
- Stefan's Really Big Image: Before Stefan continues with his documentation, we are going to try to solidify some of the database specifications he requires (which is a vital requirement and should be done shortly). This will then be posted. The current version would possibly cause confusion, but it is a high priority to get a draft out there.
- ROI Discussion: The Unified ROI model seems to have solidified, but still needs a final review by current stake holders. The suggestion is that we start implimentation as soon as possible (even if the model is not 100% of what we want).
Action Items
- Most of this weeks action items have been encapsulated in the Trac ticketing system.(rock on! -jam )
- Brian and Chris will work on the "binary" roadmaps (import/rendering).
- Josh: please contact all stakeholders for the ROI datamodel and resolve buy-in for the unified model.
- Jean-Marie & Jason: sit down and get the XML spec finished! And a plan is to be developed for defining what the repository of that information will be (UML->PNG->XML or UML->EMF->code etc. See EmfAsDsl for context.)
- Shoola will get tagged M1.
- Josh checks to see what happens if two iteration keywords are entered?
